Job Description: COMPUTER IBM Mainframe/ Midrange Computer Hardware CSE Rapidly expanding nationwide computer hardware maintenance company is seeking an experienced & motivated Customer Service Engineer to provide computer hardware repair support of mainframe & midrange systems in selected areas of Sacramento, CA. Candidate must have appropriate training & 7+ yrs. related experience. Duties will include facilitating timely on-site computer hardware repairs, troubleshooting, diagnostics/analysis, escalation management & site parts planning. Must have reliable transportation.
